All fees are quoted in USD, exclusive of taxes, travel, and accommodation.
Regional pricing adaptations apply across Southern Africa (SADC).

3. Organisational Development Retainers

4. Travel & Accommodation

  • Travel within 50 km of Gaborone is included.
  • For programmes elsewhere in Botswana:
    ▪️ BWP 1,200 per day (road travel)
    ▪️ BWP 2,000 per additional day (overnight stays)
  • For SADC and international engagements:
    ▪️ Airfare and accommodation are arranged or reimbursed at actual cost
  • Where travel exceeds 300 km/day, overnight stay or air travel may be required.

5. Terms of Engagement

  • Deposit: 50% upon confirmation; balance due prior to delivery
  • Cancellation: Within 14 business days — full-day fee applies unless rescheduled
  • Inclusions: Programme design, facilitation, and one follow-up session
  • Exclusions: Venue, catering, printing, accommodation, and special materials
  • Intellectual Property: STRLDi retains ownership of all frameworks and materials
