WORK SCOPE OF SYSTEMS THINKING RESEARCH TEAM

To see the BOT graphs ao as to identify system archetypes, there are eight steps:

  1. Planning for data/records collection jointly with strategy systemic thinking consultant on client-led issues/concerns;
  2. Enquiring and writing to specific data collection centers for data material;
  3. Create data centers internally spanning 40 years or more, preferably 100 years, and allow for contiguous data collection into the future;
  4. Checking for and assure the quality of data collected (data quality assurance step);
  5. Organizing each data set by region /country, by category, and by year on the spreadsheet-based system;
  6. Preparing BOT graphs (same as above) for analysis by system archetype practitioners and clients on their issues;
  7. Repeating or iterating steps till the onion of archetypes are uncovered
  8. Work in collaboration with data mining and AI management systems in developing a similar caliber of information for analyzing data.
