Practical Exercise: Identifying reinforcing and balancing loops in our realities and organizational mandates.

DAY TWO

Morning

Group Discussions:

  1. Is your organization’s mandate designed on the principles of the reinforcing or balancing loop?
  2. If you find it is a balancing loop, what is the story of the reinforcing loop that your organization is responding to by it’s mandate to correct it (the systemic story)?
